Financial Planning & Analysis - Senior Manager - Florida - USA

Superb opportunity to join this rapidly growing energy efficiency firm as they continue to grow their market share across the US and develop into a leading player in the energy efficient market.

As the firm continue to scale ensuring access to concrete financial data from a decision-making perspective is key, hence the requirement to bolster the team with an experience FP&A Manager to work closely with the CFO in this stand-alone position.

Key Aspects of the role.

• Creates and manages complex financial models to support the accurate forecasting of revenue, expense, and liquidity.
• Partners with the CFO and other key leadership on top-level priorities and objectives
• Forecast and analyse financial performance, including revenue projections, expense management, and cash flow optimization for restricted and unrestricted cash.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop annual budgets and long-term financial strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and highlight areas for improvement.
• Prepare financial reports, variance analysis, and executive summaries to facilitate decision-making at various levels of the organization.
• Partner with senior management to develop strategic initiatives and business plans that drive growth and profitability.
• Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess the impact of strategic decisions on financial outcomes.
• Communicate financial insights, recommendations, and key performance indicators to senior leadership, department heads, and cross-functional teams.
• Present financial reports and analysis findings in clear, concise, and compelling formats to facilitate strategic discussions and decision-making processes.

What we are seeking….

The ideal candidate will come from an FP&A background and will showcase excellent Financial Modelling skills with an in-depth ability to manipulate and develop financial models in Excel.

The successful candidate will have gained at least 8 years exposure within a Financial Planning and Analysis environment and or Financial Modelling environment with strong academics to back up that experience. This is a hands role with no direct reports and considerable access to the C suite of the business.
