A family owned organisation based in the heart of Shoreditch is looking to add an Assistant Accountant to their dynamic finance function.

Working as part of a small and enthusiastic team and reporting into the Financial Controller, you will cover all aspects of transactional finance and some management accounts.

Duties include:

• Production of monthly and quarterly management accounts
• VAT returns
• Posting accruals and prepayments
• Bank reconciliations
• Assist with both purchase ledger and sales ledger
• Dealing with supplier queries
• Petty cash reconciliations
• Assist with audit process and liaise with external auditors
• Ad hoc support

The successful candidate must have Sage Line 50 experience and will be able to preform V-Lookups and Pivot Tables.

This role will either suit someone who is at early stages of ACCA/CIMA or alternatively someone who is AAT qualified
