Our client are recruiting for a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Management Accountant to support our Finance Team in delivering timely and accurate financial information.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the production of management accounts, the month-end close process, balance sheet reconciliations, and assisting with transactional finance tasks.
The successful candidate will be AAT level 3/4 qualified and keen to study CIMA/ACCA. Our client will pay up to £30,000 and can also offer hybrid working!
Key Responsibilities include:
Management Accounts Preparation:
- Support the Finance Team in the preparation of management accounts and monthly close process.
- Perform other month-end duties as required.
Balance Sheet Reconciliations:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare prepayments and accruals for Group companies.
Journal Entries:
- Prepare and post journals into the accounting system.
Year-End Audit:
- Assist with the year-end audit process, including responding to auditor queries.
Transactional Finance Support:
- Support the wider finance team through key transactional duties such as bank reconciliations, invoice posting, and receipt processing.
