A well renowned bank is currently recruiting a Business Analyst to work on a regulatory piece surrounding the conduct of affairs. The key aim of this London based role is to ensure the bank's practices are compliant to FCA and PRU regulation.
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Meeting deliverables covering the entire banking structure including senior managers, certified individuals and conduct.
- Ensure the delivery of the senior manager' regime and conduct team is met to strict deadlines
- Challenge the status quo to ensure the bank is compliant to financial regulation.
- Programme managing the planning and control of the implementation program stream.
The candidate suitability is determined by the following skills set and experience that are detailed bellow:
- Experience with previous conduct risk programmes.
- Proficient in managing large projects within the regulatory field.
- Experience with people management and managing teams of different workstreams.
- Demonstrate examples of on time and on budget project delivery that are in line with the initial business case outcomes.
- In depth experience of working within a banking environment.
- Experience working within conduct risk.
- Can demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with stakeholder management with excellent communication skills.
