Business Analyst - £350/day (6 month contract)

Marks Sattin are representing a Greater Manchester financial services organisation during a change project that is closely linked to learning and development within the business. The role will suit an individual who has previously dealt with business analysis in a large organisation.

The role is required to work across a range of business areas in conjunction with Project Managers, SMEs and Business Leads. Your main responsibility will involve providing training needs analysis for a number of roles and processes.

In addition to the above you will be responsible for designing training schedules and developing technical training using business process documents. As such you will need to be comfortable working with SMEs regarding training material.

You will also need to be capable of translating behavioural frameworks to feed into existing training plans within a particular business area. In order to be considered for this role you must have experience in developing training material from scratch. Candidates must also have relevant BA experience within Financial Services.
