A leading global Retailer based in west London is looking to bring on board an experienced Business Change Consultant to their global Change Team. The role will initially be for a 12 month contract basis but with the potential to covert to a permanent position at a later date.

The business is undertaking an ambitious Transformation Programme to dramatically change the way it operates and how it interacts with its customers. These projects will include: Digital Transformation; Target Operating Model; Customer Journey & Experience; Supply Chain Rationalisation; Sales & Marketing transformation. The business Change Consultant will be responsible for diagnosing and defining behavioural, cultural and organisational change issue relating to these workstreams.

The Business Change Consultant will be responsible for:

• Work closely with Programme Leads and senior management to understand, analyse and articulate the change agenda
• Validate business changes and prioritise based on end-user impacts.
• Be the change representative for process workshops and showcases.
• Document and analyse any changes in processes.
• Assess and present change impact analysis to key stakeholders.
• Be a key driver in embedding changes though the use of training guidance and communication.
• Identify any risk impacts of process changes.

To be considered you must be able to demonstrate relevant experience working in global matrix change environment with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills. You will be able to quickly evaluate and understand complex business concepts and be able to clearly communicate appropriate solutions to end users. Candidates with experience of Prince 2 or similar change management methodologies will be preferred.
