An enthusiastic Chief Financial Officer is required to help grow a private-equity backed healthcare business based in North London. The group has highly ambitious growth plans aiming to significantly increase EBITDA in a short time period.

As a main Board director, partnering with the CEO the Chief Financial Officer will be leading and managing the finance team, with a broader operational remit ensuring the business is able to meet its growth objectives. As the group expands, you will implement new systems, processes and controls, including KPI reporting to maintain an effective finance function.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA), with a background as an autonomous CFO/FD within in a multi-site healthcare business. This is a significant opportunity for highly motivated and ambitious individual who is looking to make their mark and have a significant influence on the direction of an exciting business.
