Marks Sattin Executive Search are working with a fast-growing Multi-Site Healthcare business, searching for a CFO who will play a key strategic role in the direction and development of this highly exciting and dynamic business. The company is growing quickly, aiming towards a strong and successful exit. The CFO will report directly to the CEO and will play a key strategic leadership within the business in addition to full responsibility for the finance function.

As CFO, your number one position within the finance function of the business will involve the managing and overseeing the finance teams and ensuring the smooth running and operations of the business. This role with further see you in a significant position of leadership within the organization, partnering with the CEO to guide the overall strategic direction of the business, steering it towards further success. Including review of the complete finance structure and board reporting.

The ideal candidate for this role:

• A qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA), ideally chartered (Ideally having worked in transaction services/corporate finance)
• Either been a CFO in an autonomous business or a Finance Director looking to make a step up in their career (on the upward trajectory)
• Have experience of working within a Professional Services, Support services, People Based business and or related sectors.
• Previous experience of working in a Healthcare business with exposure to PE would be advantageous
• You will need be a capable communicator, and be able to present to investors and shareholders.
• Have a keen eye for detail and considerable technical and commercial awareness.
• Prior exposure to M&A (acquisition and integration) is a must.
