A market leading specialist PE Backed International IT business is seeking a dynamic and commercially minded CFO to drive further growth organically and will propel this business to the next level.

This international business has a significant focus on profitability and value creation, requiring the CFO to build and improve processes, procedures, and controls to support strategic decisions that will position the business for a successful exit. As CFO you will have a proactive hands on approach, that coupled with your excellent communication and leadership skills will allow you to make a positive effect on a business that currently operates in the UK and internationally.

This role of CFO will involve upgrading the financial structure, as well as liaising with investors, bankers, and advisors to strengthen key relationships that will solidify the direction of the company. You will use your commercial knowledge and expertise to guide the business through organic growth.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACMA, ACCA), preferably Chartered, and have experience in managing autonomous banking relationships and cash and covenants in a leveraged environment. This excellent opportunity will be both challenging and rewarding and would suit a driven and dynamic CFO that relishes important decision making and shows initiative in all areas of the finance function and beyond within the business.
