A private equity-backed business services company is looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead an exit in the next two years. This fantastic business, which is a leader in its sector, has been growing at a pace over the past several years. The supporting private equity house is planning to take the company to its next phase, and requires an enthusiastic and experienced individual to partner with existing management to help lead the transaction.

They require candidates to have experience in and be involved with an exit process in a private equity-backed business, and have served as CFO in a similar environment, managing a high volume of transactions. A key responsibility in this role would include ensuring that all systems, processes, and controls are in place and functioning to a high degree of accuracy. The company is presently in a strong position, but it needs to be readied for an exit, and that will be your primary objective in the long term.

If you have transactional experience, and would relish the opportunity to work in a close-knit team to achieve optimal results for the business and its investors, your application is eagerly anticipated. Be prepared for a fast paced and changing environment, with great scope for professional growth and value-add. Ideally you will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA) and have worked in a highly leveraged environment.
