Our client, an established and successful international FMCG business is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to head up their finance function in Essex and continue their stronghold on the market.

You will have a strong background in leveraged environments and be able to manage banking relationships effectively to facilitate the future growth of the business. The CFO will spearhead the company's strategic direction, however, will need to be hands on as you oversee the financial performance and ensure reporting is accurate and timely. You will also be ensuring all systems, processes, and controls are efficient and be able to identify any opportunities for improvements.

The ideal candidate with be a qualified accountant (ACA,ACMA,ACCA), preferably chartered with excellent grades and with an impressive and technical career trajectory through to FD/CFO level.
