This boutique, multi strategy asset manager are looking to hire an entrepreneurial fund finance professional to take ownership of financial reporting and analysis of fund performance.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

• Overseeing the accounting of all offshore structure entities
• Preparing bank and other third party reporting as required
• VAT and tax reporting
• Produce accurate and timely internal management accounts and reports
• Board reporting
• Maintaining accurate asset management models for each investment, producing quarterly asset management reports on each asset
• Quarterly Asset Reporting, working with investments team to produce asset reporting and investor reporting
• Annual budgeting and budget monitoring
• Accounting for funds and management entities
• Day-to-day asset management task on assets, including liaising with Property Managers and reviewing financial information received from them
• Management of residential tenants and works with agents on marketing / letting of the apartments
• Support Internal and External Audit with their work and resolve / investigate findings
• Support on acquisition and asset management
• Ad hoc deal support
• Ad hoc projects

The ideal candidate will be ACA qualified; either with 2-4 years fund accounting experience or a Manager within the big4 with funds experience. You will need strong modelling skills, excellent attention to detail and be able to gel easily with a small team.

Remuneration will be in the region of £70,000 - £80,000 with good bonus potential and other benefits.
