A temp to perm opportunity for a successful tech company has become available for a Commissions Analyst on a 3 month temp to perm basis.

The role is remote though there is a Central London office base if you'd prefer to work some days in the office.

The role will involve data input and commission and bonus processing among other tasks.

Main responsibilites of the Commissions Analyst will include:

  • Own end-to-end planning and execution of the sales commissions and incentives plans, including administration of the compensation plans, target allocation, plan delivery, exception approval and review of calculations.
  • Own and drive roll out of sales targets, aligned with Global (plans and timelines) in line with budget, regions, comp framework & strategy.
  • Work with Sales leads to roll out plans for new hires and ensure they are onboarded on to the commissions management software
  • Input new plans on to the commissions management software and ensure output has been validated
  • Get sign-off on comp calculations done to ensure accurate calculation. Ensure common understanding of the comp calculation between Finance/ Rev Ops/ Sales.
  • Work closely with Regional Finance, Sales Leadership, Rev Ops and HR to ensure data accuracy
  • Serve as the main point of contact for incentive and bonus related queries
  • Establish ongoing sales incentive performance analysis and provide regular and ad hoc reporting
  • Update KPI monthly achievement, drive operational excellence, accuracy, timeliness, consistency and compliance in alignment with global team
  • Manage interfaces to other systems including accruals and payroll requirements
  • Assist Rev Ops, Finance and HR with governance processes

The ideal Commissions Analyst will:

  • Have knowledge of Excel up to Vlookups and Pivot Tables
  • Ideally have commissions calculations experience
  • Ideally have payroll experience
  • As the role is remote, someone who is confident and a self-starter
  • A notice period of 2 weeks or less is essential
