An exciting oppurtunity to join a fast-growing FTSE 250 organisation on an intial 18 month fixed-term contract. As Communications Analyst you will be responsible for the internal communications and marketing of one of their key departments.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering and shaping consistant messaging to all Stakeholders
• Creation and delivery of a Communications Plan and Framework
• Work with the Programme Team to form and deliver communications that report on key successes and acheivements
• Produce targeted communications via email, websites, leaflets, workshops etc.
• Encourage staff engagement through various activities
• Identify ways to improve communication
• Find ways to encourage continuous improvement

Requirements:

• The ability to uphold relationships across all levels of the organisation
• Good knowledge of digital/social media trends
• Creativity, attention to detail and the ability to work alongside graphic designers
• Awareness of IT and programme environments
• Understanding of communications management strategies and experience implementing these
• Experience in a global organisation environment and navigating communication cross-culturally
