Start your job searchAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Company Accountant to become a fundamental figure in the development of an innovative Technology Services organisation. The role encompasses working closely with Senior Management, in order to increase the company's extensive reach and presence within the market. You will have the opportunity to shape the role moving forwards, with support and guidance from Senior figures with a strong track record in driving growth and steering success.
Reporting to the Managing Director your responsibilities will include:
- Assistance in the production of periodical management information as well as rolling forecasts of operational and financial performance
- Assistance with the forecasting/budgeting processes including variance analysis
- Sales and Purchase Ledger management with accuracy and efficiency
- Reconciliation of Payment Reports and the maintaining of the client banking system
- Management of the Company payroll and acting as the point of contact for financial queries from other Group companies
- Liaison and partnering with Sales and Operations to provide key financial support and insight
The focus of the role will suit a Part Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA or equivalent) with an education to degree level (or equivalent). You will have demonstrated a good general understanding of accounting processes and will use initiative to help drive process improvements moving forwards. The role encompasses providing key support to the Managing Director to help establish the Finance function therefore strong communication skills are essential.
