Responsibilities:

• Scheduling of board & general meetings
• Collating board packs & distribution to directors
• Working knowledge of Irish Company law specifically relating to the obligations of Irish companies and the Company Secretary's role;
• Ability to communicate with all levels within the business in a clear and articulate manner;
• Ability and motivation to assimilate new skills particularly willing to learn key company secretarial competencies;

Requirements:

• At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Exposure to with international funds structures and documentations
• ICSA qualification
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent client service skills
