Private equity backed private healthcare business is currently recruiting for a Corporate Finance Analyst to join their team based in C. London. Is this an excellent opportunity for someone with transactions experience looking for their first in-house role.

The role will involve working with the company directors and private equity owners supporting the group with any on-going and future transactions. Furthermore, you will be responsible for modelling investments, supporting investment proposals and managing the due diligence processes as well as exposure to financial reporting. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Work with directors on investment models and proposals, including acquisitions, debt and exit scenarios.
  • Modelling and presenting sensitivity analysis.
  • Prepare and present commercial analysis to project stakeholders and senior management.
  • Analyse and draw conclusions from group accounts, operations and financial performance.
  • Develop a strong understanding of group operations and work alongside business development, property and mobilisation teams.

The successful candidate would be a qualified accountant with exposure to corporate finance/advisory/transactional services etc. Furthermore, you must be an excellent communicator and you will be in constant contact with company directors and private equity owners.

In return you will receive a salary of up to £65K plus an excellent bonus (anything up to 50%). If interested please apply asap.
