M&A Associate Director - Corporate Finance

The Role:

• M&A buy-side and sell-side leadership and advisor focusing with the Government, Infrastructure and Energy sectors.
• Strategic infrastructure planning advice as well as Investment decision support, Financing, refinancing and restructuring where required.
• Tender process strategy, design, management and contract negotiation
• Bid side strategy, structuring, evaluation and transaction support acting as a subject matter specialist in renewable energy, climate change, resilience and finance
• Financial model development as well as M&A process management
• Deal advice from inception to close in the energy and renewables sector

What we ideally need Initially:

We are seeking someone who has 7-8+ Years Corporate Finance, Project Finance, M&A or Transaction Services experience with ideally a level 9 Masters qualification. Strong Financial Modelling skills are important as is the ability to manage external stakeholders.
