An incredibly rare and challenging opportunity has arisen within a rapidly growing Technology company to work within a front office capacity. The Strategic Analyst position will support the CEO and CFO and assist in the analysis and relationship development for potential investors from Banks, PE Firms, HNWI's and Investment Institutions with the sole purpose to raise capital. This role involves substantial travel and a chance to interact with different cultures, countries and visit areas of the world most can only dream about, visiting areas such as USA, Tokyo, Japan, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Hong Kong.

Main responsibilities include:

• Review all areas of new and existing investor relationships
• Scenario based financial modelling
• Building, managing and developing excellent relationships
• Represent the brand in Investor meetings
• Deliver on key meetings and events
• Present strategic and financial information
• Travelling to various countries will be required

The ideal candidate will have previous Investment Banking experience with excellent knowledge of Corporate Finance and M&A combined with a full comprehension of transactional finance and due diligence. We are looking for a candidate who can confidently take part and be a crucial element to the potential investor relationship and negotiate and be comfortable influencing people at all levels internally and externally. The role is predominantly home-based with occasional meetings to be held within the Head quarters in Thames Valley. This role is incredibly unique and requires a candidate who can strive at the chance to sink their teeth into a fund-raising project through accurate attention to detail and embracing the "Play to Win" culture.
