In these uncertain times our client has developed a specific and unique approach to Corporate Finance advice covering broad transactions across the Government, Infrastructure & Sustainability markets.
Within this specialised and newly formed team their market share continues to grow substantially across the Island they are now keen to bring in a talented and driven Corporate Finance Manager who is keen to focus within this critical market sector of Infrastructure, Government & Sustainability.
This position is very much akin to a Project Finance Manager within Banking!
The role:
- Working closely with the Partner as well as other departments in both Ireland and internationally on complex infrastructure and government lead project and corporate finance mandates.
- Review Excel and AI Based models under supervision and arrive at preliminary conclusions.
- Understand, manipulate and interpret financial data and client information, drawing appropriate conclusions.
- Working effectively as a team member by sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior members on progress.
- Understanding our client requirements, co-developing our approach with the client, and providing value to our clients through insights, factual conclusions and advice.
- Carry out relevant analysis and present your findings (both written and orally).
- Gathering, verifying and analysing information to formulate views.
- Day to day progression of assignments to include; planning, preparing and reviewing various forms of deliverables to include reports and presentations.
- A focus on anticipating and identifying risks that require escalation and subsequently escalating these risks to more senior staff as appropriate.
- Working closely with colleagues you will ensure that work is properly executed, documented and concluded in compliance with our Quality & Risk Management guidelines.
- Actively establishing, maintaining and strengthening your internal and external relationships.

The ideal candidate will be tertiary qualified to at least Level 9 Masters and or hold an accountancy qualification and will have gained demonstrated experience within a Corporate Financing landscape, with at least 4 years' experience.
