Customer Care Advisor

£18,000 + Bonus


Permanent, Full Time

Working for a market leading business in Altrincham you will be offered the training and support to be excellent at what you do.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer enquiries via the telephone or email ideally in a one stage resolution or certainly within 24 hours of receipt
  • Monitoring all queries and ensuring all customers receive a response as expected
  • Work towards KPI's and ensure SLA's are met
  • Promote the culture and expertise of the business and all they have to offer
  • Be flexible in undertaking ad hoc projects or assignments when required to do so
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively to ensure the customer is happy with the result
  • Communicate with other areas of the business effectively to get information as required by customers

Requirements for the role:

  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Committed to providing an outstanding level of customer service at all times
  • Desire to support your customers and colleagues
  • Enthusiasm to learn and develop your skills

Previous experience in a telephone based role in an office environment is preferred.
