My client is an industry leading Software company and are looking for an experienced Revenue Director to join their team and business partner with the regions that the company works with in order to increase revenue within those areas.
The Role:
- Lead the design, implementation, and reporting of pipeline management forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes.
- Implementation of systems to support revenue operations management including forecasting
- Translate business and financial targets into sales initiatives and priorities.
- Ensure the commercial organisation is achieving objectives
- Partners with leadership team in preparing executive management presentations regarding commercial organisational performance
About You:
- Qualified Accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA
- Solid experience within another SaaS business
- 10+ years of experience in sales/business operations, with a demonstrated history of improving sales productivity by providing data-driven insights preferably in the software/technology industry.
- Proven leadership experience within cloud-native businesses, and recurring revenue models.
- Prior experience implementing revenue operations tools for improving forecasting and pipeline management.
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM system is required and strong experience with Business Intelligence tools
- Proven experience leading transformation, business process improvement, business process management or process operations on a large scale.
