Marks Sattin are currently working with a rapidly growing company in Harrogate (HG2) who are looking for a Finance Administrator on a part time basis. This role will be a 12 month FTC to cover maternity!

The Finance Administrator will focus heavily on ensuring bank postings are accurate and competed daily.

For this role, the will pay up to £25,000 and can also consider a candidate on a part time basis (3 days a week)

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

• Downloading bank statements and bank postings for multiple clients' accounts.
• Completing weekly debt reviews and sending out communication.
• Update and maintain services schedule for clients' properties including council tax, utilities, phone, broadband etc.
• Speaking to care providers and support staff to ensure tenants pay regular utilities contributions.
• Raising invoices to clients on a weekly basis.
• Set up standing order payments for council tax and debt repayment plans for clients.
