Finance Analyst

£35,000 - £40,000 + Study Support

Marks Sattin are delighted to be partnered with a IT business based in Slough to appoint a Finance Analyst, reporting directly into the Head of FP&A. The purpose of the position is to prepare key financial information, planning and actual reporting, supporting senior members of the team on strategic initiatives and ad-hoc project work.

Responsibilities;

• Assisting with financial planning and budgeting on a rolling monthly basis
• Analyse actual financial results against forecast performance on a monthly basis
• Preparation of variance reports and analyses that comment on the underlying commercial reasons for the variances against prior forecast and budget
• Assist in the cross-currency consolidation process across the International footprint.
• Supporting the preparation of monthly management accounts
• Completion of quarterly financial disclosure reporting to meet external requirements
• SOX compliance

Profile;

• Part Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA)
• 2:1 Degree or above
• Strong Excel and knowledge of TM1
• Knowledge of reporting processes and systems (TM1)
