A fast growing FMCG business based in Uxbridge is currently recruiting for a Finance Analyst to join their fast pace FP&A team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for financial reporting, the modeling of financial scenarios, preparation of forecasting cycles, liaising with various stakeholders to co-ordinate price changes, budgeting and analysis, providing commentary, updating the business sales performance and mastering the reporting/ planning systems to ensure the most effective use to meet business objectives. You will be a business partner to various department heads including sales and marketing, supply chain, operation and corporate finance.

Ideally this candidate will have strong commercial awareness and previous experience working in an FMCG/ retail environment. They should have excellent communication skills for interaction with stakeholders and personnel at all levels and excellent analytical, problem solving and strong teamwork skills. Advanced Excel skills are essential and familiarity with JDEdwards is desirable. The role would suit someone who part qualified or at the final stages of their accountancy qualification (ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
