A market leading property development company based in the heart of London is currently seeking a Finance Analyst to join their fast pace team.

Responsibilities will include:

• Highlighting weekly performance trends.
• Carrying out variance analysis and commercial analysis across the business.
• Business partnering with other teams in the business such as marketing, budgeting and forecasting.
• Carry out monthly, quarterly and annual reporting and producing cash flow forecasts.
• Support the Senior Management Accountant with ad hoc tasks/reports as and when required.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of financial business analysis and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients at various levels. Ideally you will have previous experience working in an analytical role in finance and have a want to work within the property/real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be studying towards a qualification or part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA). Candidates must have strong Excel skills.
