A leading financial services company are looking for a FP&A Manager to join their finance team. Within this commercial role you will provide analysis and insight to support operational and strategic objectives. You will be in charge pushing the business forward using financial findings.

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting the business in delivery of its objectives and improvement in financial performance
• Managing small and medium size projects within the change management department
• Identify, recommend and implement improvement in working practices and process efficiencies
• Development and realisation of cost saving initiatives
• Facilitate and coordinate multiple deadlines, create cohesive teams, and respond quickly to management requests

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with 2 - 3 years relevant post qualified experience
• Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
• Relevant market knowledge and best practice disciplines
• TM1 experince a benefit
• Good technical accounting knowledge
