A leading Financial Services Business are looking for a Finance Business Partner to be the finance lead and advisor the Members of the Board. You will also be responsible for developing and building out the reporting, models for investment business cases and delve into the detail. You will have an Analyst supporting you and have access to the management reporting team as a resource.

The Successful candidate will have strong business partnering experience gained in a similar role within a financial services business and have strong experience dealing with senior internal stakeholders including the board of directors is essential.

This is a new role for the business and is a key part in building out the finance team and improving its forecasting and reporting processes, with this you will have a real impact on the finance team but also the wider business - as with implementing any changes you will need to able to deal with any push back from the business and be able explain clearly how these changes will have a positive impact moving forward.
