Our client, a digital and marketing leader requires a commercially aware and ambitious Finance Director to propel the company through its next period of growth.

The business is one of the world's biggest experts in their field whose sole purpose is to create content to meet the expectations of their well known client's goals. Based in central London, the company requires a candidate that is able to achieve ambitious objectives in a positive and creative working environment.

The role:

You will be responsible for managing and mentoring the finance team, to ensure the best possible outcome, it is therefore it essential that you have hands on management experience. The role will consist of a combination both commercial and technical aspects of finance as well as interacting with all departments' heads on requirements for the group.

The candidate:

• Prior experience working in a marketing or advertising agency environment.
• Understanding and experience developing client relationships and their accounting processes.
• Experience managing and transforming a finance team to ensure the best possible outcome and growth.
• Skills in social media, insight and data analytics, as well as distribution and optimisation.

This company is looking to continue to expand through a mixture of acquisitions and organic growth Therefore, the client is looking for someone who can identify opportunities for development and is prepared to tackle hands on the tasks with the existing team.
