Marks Sattin Executive Search is currently working with a PE Backed Tech Enabled business. With an enormous opportunity to growth through buy and build strategy, we are looking to hire a Finance Director to be a strong strategic partner within the senior leadership team and take ownership of the financial affairs for the business.

Based in the South East England, the Finance Director will be responsible for running the day-to-day finance function of the business. As well as help to commercialise the business through the implementation of extensive KPI analysis, forecasting, budgeting and reporting. You will act as a true business partner who will offer sustained commercial, financial, and operational input at the board level. Responsibilities will include complete management of the finance team (including overall responsibility and overseeing the development and maintenance of financial systems and procedures, including appropriate IT systems.

The ideal Finance Director candidate must have:

• A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA).
• Proven experience as a Finance Director in a high-growth business, preferably in the Technology sector.
• Be a capable communicator, and be able to present to both investors and shareholders.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• A high level of motivation, a "can do" attitude and a willingness to be involved at all levels.
