Finance Manager required by my client to oversee a new team within a new finance function.

You will be an ACA qualified first time mover or have some post qualification experience within Industry ideally within Manufacturing, FMCG or Supply Chain.

With a keen attention to detail where you will be focused on reporting and forecasting but you will have exposure to all elements to the business. This role will have responsibility for a small team of financial accountants and assistants so this is a good opportunity to gain initial staff management experience, therefore, strong communication skills are essential. If you have previous staff management experience th would be a plus. Ideally a more technically oriented and financial accounting centric person would fit best for this role. You will report directly into the Financial Controller and have a large amount of responsibility and autonomy within this role with wider team expansion plans to lead to fast track career progression.
