Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be responsible for:

• Production of the monthly and statutory accounts for subsidiaries
• Prepare for entry into electric market, including creation and production of monthly and statutory accounts
• Assist with the annual audit and tax returns.
• Collate information for KPIs and produce 3 packs for different levels within the business
• Review CCL, National Statistics returns and other business surveys
• Maintain the fixed Asset Register
• Complete VAT and CIS returns and analysis
• Maintain leases and subleases
• Cash - extend long term cash flows and cash call spreadsheet
• Company credit card and insurance administration
• Answer wide scope of queries and undertake investigative work into errors
• Ad hoc reports to assist other departments
• Ad hoc reports / projects from the FD / FC
• Mentoring AAT / ACCA /CIMA students

The successful candidate will match as closely as possible the below profile:

• CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified or finalist
• Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Approachable in/outside the team
• Flexible approach and uses own initiative
• Communicating effectively at all levels
