A rapidly growing real estate investment fund is seeking a financial accountant on a 12 month contract basis.

The company is a real estate fund focusses on both commercial and residential property accross europe. They are highly aquisitive and the finance team has grown in line with revenue. There is an exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant to join their finance team on the management company side. The role entails preparation of monthly management accounts, financial reporting, producing monthly reporting packs and bringing rigor and efficiciency to finance processes.

Minimum criteria for consideration:

- ACA qualified or equivalent

- Must have experience either in the property development or close ended fund sector

- Financial accounting experience

Date Rate: £275-£325pd depending on experience

Duration: 12 months
