My client is a very successful and well regarded Investment Management firm with a highly profitable Real Estate team.

The primary function of this role is the review and management of the financial reporting information coming out of their European Real Estate Funds.

Duties would include:

• Review of stand-alone and consolidated financial reporting packages received from local account managers and portfolio companies across Europe;
• Assisting in the preparation of the year end audited UK GAAP financial statements for several large Real Estate funds with total assets under management of over €2 billion;
• Assisting with the co-ordination of the European Audit process

The ideal candidate will be ACA (Big 4), ACCA or CIMA qualified with at least one years post qualified experience gained within a relevant industry (Real Estate Investment, Private Equity or Investment Management). Newly qualified candidates will be considered if they have worked with Investment Management clients in practice.

Strong technical accounting skills with UK GAAP and consolidation experience is also essential.
