This newly created role has come about due to the continued growth and success of the business, and requires an entrepreneurial and hands on Financial Controller to ensure future growth targets are met.

In what is still very much a start up environment, your duties will include the following:

• Reporting directly to the Finance Director, and acting as business partner to the CEO and Owner, you will ensure that the finance team has the correct processes and systems in place to meet the future demands of the business.
• Management and development of a team of 3 (one Finance Manager, and two Finance Assistants).
• Production of monthly management accounts and analysis.
• Analysis of margins, manufacturing costs, and other key performance metrics.
• Oversee the production of the year end statutory accounts and filings.
• Management of the annual audit process.
• Oversight of all daily accounting duties, banking, treasury, accounts payable, etc.

The successful candidate will be:

• Fully qualified.
• An experience Finance Manager or Financial Controller
• A proven manager and developer of staff.
• Able to implement improvements and developments to internal controls and financial processes ans systems.
• An excellent communicator with the proven ability to influence.
