A highly innovative PE Backed technology business is seeking to recruit an experienced Financial Controller to propel the company through its next period of growth and success. As a crucial partner to the CFO, you will play a key role in the future sucess of this ambitious Private Equity Backed Business.

With private equity backing this business is going through an exciting period of change, with excellent prospects for personal progression on the horizon. You will play a crucial role assisting the business in achieving its ambitious objectives. With excellent communicative skills, you will have the ability to liaise effectively with staff across the business. As FC you will be tasked with improving the business's board packs as well as bringing in best practice with regards to systems, processes and controls, including KPI reporting.

A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA) Preferably chartered you will have extensive experience as Financial Controller and a background in growing businesses going through change and transformation. Your core function as financial controller will be to report and oversee day to day cash flow as well as compiling month end, quarterly and annual auditing. You will be responsible for the day to day management of the finance team, and therefore it essential that you have experience of managing a team. Due to the company's ongoing growth, our client is looking for someone who can identify opportunities for development and is prepared to tackle hands on the tasks with the existing team.
