A global blue chip business, widely regarded as one of the major players in their sector is inviting applicants for the role of FP&A Manager. The role is to take the lead in ensuring there is a series of effective current, ongoing and future strategy across their product portfolio through effective pricing, margin maximisation and promotions. Within this role you will:-

• Support the team of pricing analysts as required
• Production of key insight through both internal and external market and competitor analysis which assist with commercial / pricing decision making
• Provide high level and deep dive analytical support that can identify patterns, trends and themes.
• Using this information to provide recommendations where the company can maximise growth both by product and across portfolios with regards to price points
• Support the launch of new products to be taken to market
• Comfortable working across various projects and work streams at any given time (effective multi-task and handling and prioritisation)
• Support in shaping pricing and sales decisions through explaining the financial values & risks.

The role as FP&A Manager requires a great combination of commercial, analytics and strategic exposure that directly contributes to the Sales, Growth and Profitability of the UK division. This is a very business facing role, the outputs of which are scrutinised by the management team through regular meetings and calls. For this role you will have a strong analytical skill set with experience in developing or designing business models. A regulated sector such as Energy, Technology, Utilities, Financial Services, Telecoms would be a desirable. You will be a competent user of excel ideally with the ability to work with large data sets. Pricing experience would be a big bonus. If you are a strong commercial accountant, commercial finance manager, finance business partner, FP&A Manager (or similar roles in a Senior Analyst type role) with a strong analytical background this role will represent a great move working for a top tier global business.
