A fast growing business based in Reading is looking for a technically sound Financial Reporting Manager to oversee the Statutory Reporting process. Reporting into the Group Financial Controller, you will be tasked with consolidating multi entities under FRS and producing the glossy reports for the Annual Report. Responsibilities include:

• Owning the Statutory Reporting process Group wide
• Implementing Financial Controls into the process
• Impart Technical knowledge on the business
• Be a subject matter knowledge leader in FRS Accounting
• Manage a team of 3

You will be an ACA/ACCA qualified Accountant (equivalent) with demonstrable experience of Financial Reporting within a large fragmented business You will possess excellent knowledge of the FRS Accounting rules from Practice or Industry, with a passion for leading teams.
