Start your job searchA leading global provider of alternative asset and corporate administration services, are looking for a fund administrator to join their depositary team.
Depositary is a well-rounded role which has elements of Finance, compliance and regulatory reporting. Therefore, this role can open many doors to different career paths as it gives you a solid foundation of knowledge needed going into any of these sectors.
They will also be willing to provide study support towards either the ACCA or ICSA.
Job Description:
- Actively participating in the day to day operational depositary work, ensuring compliance of Alternative Investment Funds with regulations, with a focus on the following depositary duties:
- Cash monitoring
- Oversight
- Safe Keeping
- Performing analysis and controls in order to mitigate the risk linked to depositary services;
- Assisting in drafting answers to clients' requests for proposals and their related fee proposals;
- Participating in performing due diligence on our third parties;
- Being the clients' contact point for both operational topics and the management of internal and external parties' relationships such as Asset Managers, Administrators, Auditors, etc.
Requirements:
- Experience within financial services or legal sector as an administrator (data, financial etc.)
- Organised, flexible and able to multitask
