Excellent Opportunity - Global IT Operations Manager / IT Infrastructure Manager - leading international manufacturing business requires solid & experienced IT Operations Manager / IT Infrastructure Manager

The organisation has recently been acquired by high-profile investment group with a strategy to grow the organisation globally. Currently they are a collection of individual business units & remit is to rationalise & consolidate to put in place a new IT infrastructure to connect the businesses, creating efficiencies & centralised services, to enable entire group business unit to move forward with exciting growth plans.

Expertise & Responsibilities

• Experienced IT Operations Manager or IT Infrastructure Manager with 10+yrs exp, in a global role
• Experienced in setting up an IT Architecture strategy & roadmap
• Ability to build a new IT infrastructure & roadmap, implementing new structure, processes & reporting
• You will need to have hands-on skills as the whole IT infrastructure & environment needs an overhaul to include updating AD, Security, email servers, WAN, Firewalls
• Ideally you will have had experience of implementing O365, cloud solutions & virtualisation
• Important to have appreciation of IT Architecture with experience of consolidating IT Infrastructure to create a centralised shared service facility across different businesses
