An established FTSE 250 Energy company is looking for a switched on Group FP&A Analyst for their finance function in Central London. You need to be a qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent) and be well motivated.

Reporting into the Group FP&A Manager your roles and responsibilities will include:

• Financial Analysis of the annual business plan, quarterly reviews and weekly forecast updates
• Ownership of the group consolidations model
• Assist in producing board level documentation to support financial reporting
• Provide financial analysis supporting investment recommendations
• Deliver performance reporting information suitable for finance and non-finance
• Develop and improve control of financial forecast processes
• Ad hoc responsibilities to support the Group FP&A Manager

This company is looking for a self starter and someone who can work confidently in this commercial position. You need to be an excellent communicator and be comfortable dealing with non-finance people. Ideally you will have experience in FP&A already OR have practice experience in transaction services/corporate finance.
