My Client is a Prime broker who is looking to expand their compliance department.

The role at hand is a Head of Compliance position in a very hands on department.

There are currently two people in the compliance department; one junior and one mid level. The main purpose of this role will be to build out the compliance function, staying on top of all reviews and regulatory changes while the business is going through rapid expansion.

Although this is a 'Head of' position, the successful candidate will need to be happy to get stuck in to the every day tasks and be very hands on. This is a small department and requires a 'can do' attitude.

The ideal candidate will either come from an Investment Banking or Brokerage background and will have previously held CF10 and/or 11 positions.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with an extremely varied role with autonomy and the chance to get involved with a business during a very exciting period of expansion.
