Responsibilities will include:

• Management of a critical function, in a rapidly growing organization
• Delivery of timely and accurate monthly management accounts and board pack
• Treasury control of cash and working capital to ensure covenant compliance
• External reporting via quarterly investor reports and annual statutory accounts
• Owner of the external annual audit process and internal audit compliance
• Tax compliance for UK and overseas entities
• Administration of group banking arrangements and credit facilities
• Proactive development of processes and systems to add value
• Proactive commercial analysis to support growth

This opportunity is ideally suited to a qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA or equivalent) with a strong commercial skillset and all round finance experience
