Start your job searchA leading retailer with an international presence is currently recruiting a Head of FP&A based at their Head Office in C. London.
As the Head of FP&A, you will be responsible for leading a team of 12 people, providing strategic insights to drive business decisions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals. Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and lead the financial planning and analysis function, ensuring alignment with company strategies and goals
- Design and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide real-time insights
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans
- Analyse financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide recommendations to senior management
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including finance, operations, marketing, and sales teams
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial regulations, and internal controls
- Manage a team of finance analysts and planners, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with previous experience of leading a team within an omni-channel retail business. In addition, you would have international experience.
