This is a really exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Professional to build the HR function for a rapidly growing business. The business is at a critical stage in its growth and the directors have identified an opportunity for a passionate HR proffesional to take ownership of the companies policies and drive employee relations. The role is brand new and will involve the creation of HR Framework while being an essential business partner for senior management and the people function. The main duties of the role will include but wont be limited to:

  • Creating and Managing HR policies in accordance with employment law
  • Leading on any ER queries/ problems
  • Recruitment and internal talent development/ training
  • Full ownership of the compamies payroll (120) employees

The ideal candidate will need to be a self starter with an excellent understading of HR best practice and payroll. You will posses excellent communication skills with a proven track record of building and influencing stakehoder relationships at all business levels. Any addidtional qualifications (CIPD) would be advantageous
