Description

• Provide a hands on business partnering service, supporting all of finance and operations
• Analysing and monitoring financial information and assist with producing variance analysis
• Preparation of management accounts
• Be responsible for maintenance and development of appropriate models and tools to build the budget and reforecasts resulting in a dynamic P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
• Manage production of the quarterly reforecast
• Produce and develop the Board pack in line with CFO requirements, identifying and explaining major variances
• Month-end reporting
• Cost control
• Business partnering with the leads of departments to understand their business, produce accurate reforecasts and seek EBITDA improvements
• Ad hoc projects

Skills

• Fully qualified or QBE/ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent with relevant PQE
• Experience of managing monthly finance cycles and quarterly reforecast processes
• An effective commercial finance business partner
• Proven experience of working across operational and corporate functions
• Previous experience partnering with both finance and non-finance
• Excellent problem solver, time-management skills and interpersonal skills
