Interim Finance Director required for a high growth online retail/E-commerce business based in Central London. The role has arisen due to a recent change in the senior management team and so this is an excellent opportunity to help the business through it's next growth phase. The business has demonstrated year on year growth in the last 5 years and has been named in the Sunday Times Top Tech Track 100.

The role requires a commercially strong FD who has been involved in the growth and development of a similar on line retail/E-commerce business. You will work closely with the MD and provide strategic and operational support to the business. You will oversee and manage a team and work with the Sales and Marketing Directors to achieve growth targets. You will be required to implement controls and processes to ensure financial stability.

To be considered you must be a fully qualified Finance Director who has a strong technical background and will ideally have come from an audit background. You must have recent experience of working in an E-Commerce or Technology based business. You will also ideally have experience of working for a Private Equity backed business.

The role is for 6 months initially but there is a strong possibility of a permanent contract for the right candidate.
