Marks Sattin is currently working with a FMCG business based in West Yorkshire who are going through an exciting transition and recruiting for an IT Audit Manager. Working in this nationally recognised business, you will be required to bring a commercial view to auditing.

Closely working alongside Senior Audit Managers as well as the Director of Audit, you will be responsible for effectively and efficiently ensuring the business is able to meet it regulatory requirements.

Being the SME in the business, your role will not be to just deliver audits, but to help guide the audit plan to ensure the increased IT risks across the business are acknowledged and effective controls are implemented.

Working as the IT Audit Manager, you will be:

• Responsibility for timely and quality delivery of the audit plan in line with audit methodology
• Plan and perform audits of the Group to a standard that meets IIA professional standards within agreed timescales and to report findings to management.
• Lead and undertake a number of reviews at the same time which may be at different stages of their delivery and provide regular updates to IT Audit Director on the status of work.
• Develop commercially sound recommendations and suggested business improvements to mitigate identified weaknesses.
• Articulate internal audit findings with all levels of management, which convey their importance, the risk they pose and the likely impact to the Group.

To be considered for the role you will have a relevant IT audit qualification (CISA, QiCA or IIA). You will have a good understanding of Information Technology/Risk/Security standards and guidelines such as, ITIL, CoBIT, ISO27001/PCI DSS. You will also have a strong understanding of internal IT audit methodology and risk assessments.
