Expertise, Skills & Responsibilities

• Experience as IT Back up & Recovery Specialist, IT Back up & Recovery Consultant, or as IT Disaster Recovery Specialist, IT Disaster Recovery Consultant, IT Disaster Recovery Engineer, IT Disaster Recovery Analyst, IT DR Specialist, IT DR Specialist, IT DR Engineer, IT DR Analyst or similar
• Essential to have familiarity with IT terminology, technical concepts, & DR planning considerations such as backup & recovery, replication & redundancy
• Experience in sourcing backup & recovery & managed services, such as DRaaS or Veeam
• Ability to work to a structured organised approach/methodology (eg Prince2) with experience of ITIL is highly desirable
• You will assist other project workstreams, particularly in the identification & sourcing of backup & recovery technologies/services as part of the wider DR capability on a global basis.
• Ideally you will have come from a technical background
