IT Data Analyst / IT Data Reporting Analyst > leading global FTSE business requires competent IT Data Reporting Analyst to design, collate and produce the IT Service Management (ITSM) reporting

Solid experience as Data Reporting Analyst, IT Data Analyst, Reports & Data Analyst, IT Reporting Analyst, IT Reports Analyst, IT Data Report Analyst, ITSM Reports Analyst or similar

• Regular IT Service Management reporting, ad-hoc reporting and analytics for Service Management
• Driving the adoption and use of the IT Service Management reporting toolset(s) and the development of appropriate KPI measurements.
• Previous experience in working with data sources
• Previous experience of quality report generation and presentation
• Responsible for creating, and automating where possible, reporting for management teams to support KPI and SLA management
• Understanding of IT Service Management (ITIL) is highly desirable but not essential
